This may be helpful:?

Thanks for reaching out. In order for The Herb Block Foundation to best review all entries, the artwork should be collected in one folder and uploaded through the online entry form.?First --creating a zipped folder:

  1. If you have not yet done so, create a new folder on your desktop or find the folder where you are collecting your files. Because the files will be ultimately contained within a zipped folder, they do not have to only be JPGs or GIFs. You can include .mp4, .mov, .gif, .jpg, .png, and/or .pdf files.
  2. If your work is only currently online (on websites) and not local to your Mac, you will need to copy the work from the website(s) to your Mac. In order to do this, you can navigate to your work, right-click on each piece, and "Save Image as..." to your designated folder. If you have a mouse or trackpad that is not easy to right-click with, then you can hold down the "Control" key and click on the work. Save it to the designated folder.
  3. Once you have saved ALL of the work you'd like to submit to The Herb Block Foundation into a designated folder, it is time to zip it up. All you have to do is right-click on the folder (or hold down the "Control" key and click on the folder) and choose "Compress 'folder-name'". That's it. A folder with ".zip" as the extension will be created right where the designated folder exists. That new ".zip" folder is what you upload into the Entry Form.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any more questions!
